By registering or engaging with Nurdd’s platform, you ("Brand") agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, including our Invoice Guidelines and Cancellation Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). Nurdd is a proprietary platform operated by Anycast Technology Private Limited. All platform rights, including intellectual property, are owned solely by the Company.
By accepting this Agreement, you confirm you have full legal authority to represent your Brand and agree to the terms outlined herein.
1. Platform Neutrality Nurdd does not promote or endorse any particular creator. All creators are independent and their participation does not imply Company approval or guarantees.
2. Independent Creators All creators on Nurdd operate independently and are not employees, agents, or representatives of the platform. Disputes or grievances involving creators must be resolved directly. Nurdd’s role is solely that of a facilitator.
3. Campaign Details & Deliverables a) The Brand affirms it owns or has secured necessary rights to any material submitted for campaigns and that this material does not violate third-party rights or applicable law. b) The Brand is expected to clearly define campaign objectives and deliverables. Nurdd and participating creators shall not be held liable for ambiguous or incomplete briefs. c) The Brand grants Nurdd the right to repurpose campaign deliverables for showcasing, promotional, or advertising purposes.
4. Cancellation & Refunds In the event of campaign cancellations after payment, the applicable refunds will be governed by Nurdd’s Cancellation Policy. Please review at [insert link].
5. Brand–Creator Collaboration a) Brands are expected to maintain professionalism and fairness while working with creators. Amicable dispute resolution is strongly encouraged. b) Brands must not compel creators to make unverifiable claims. c) The Brand certifies that any claims made via campaign content are backed by factual and legal documentation. Nurdd and creators are not responsible for misinformation resulting from Brand-supplied material.
6. Product Dispatch & Advertising Compliance a) Campaign materials (e.g., samples or products) must be sent to the creator within 7 days. Failing to do so may lead to automatic cancellation. b) Brands must ensure compliance with all applicable advertising and content regulations, including ASCI guidelines. c) Brands are responsible for specifying required disclosures, hashtags, or statutory labels. d) If any legal or regulatory issue arises from campaign content, the Brand will bear all responsibility for resolution, including legal and financial liability.
7. Use of Third-Party Tools Nurdd’s infrastructure may rely on third-party services. The Company is not responsible for temporary disruptions caused by external vendors. A resolution buffer of up to 14 days will apply.
8. Data Privacy & Compliance a) The Brand warrants that all data shared with Nurdd complies with data protection regulations. b) The Brand shall adhere to DND and telecom laws, ensuring messages are only sent with prior consent. c) Nurdd disclaims liability for Brand-led violations. The Brand agrees to indemnify Nurdd in such instances. d) Documentation of user consent must be maintained and shared with Nurdd on request. e) Disruptions caused by third-party tools or uncontrollable events may incur Brand-adjusted timelines or costs.
9. Security & Access Brands are responsible for securing their login credentials. Unauthorized use due to Brand negligence will be the Brand’s liability.
10. Content Rights & Usage Creators retain full rights to their content. Brands are granted a limited, time-bound license to use the content as per campaign terms. Usage beyond this scope is prohibited unless explicitly agreed.
11. Platform Usage Disclaimer Nurdd is provided "as-is" with no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for purpose. Platform usage is at the Brand’s sole risk.
12. Force Majeure Nurdd is not liable for delays or outages caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes.
13. Indemnification & Limits The Brand agrees to indemnify Nurdd against all losses, liabilities, and claims arising from:
Content or IP rights infringement
Misrepresentation of products
Regulatory violations
Creator-related disputes
Nurdd’s total liability is capped at INR 10,000.
14. Customer Support & Escalations For unresolved issues, Brands may contact Nurdd at [support@nurdd.in]. Our team will mediate in good faith, but final responsibility for creator disputes lies with the Brand.

Neutrality Disclaimer Nurdd offers no endorsements. All creator interactions are Brand-led.
Creator Independence Creators are not Nurdd employees. Nurdd is not accountable for delivery, behavior, or payment disputes.
Content Submissions Brands are responsible for rights, legality, and accuracy of campaign material.
Usage Window Campaign usage rights are granted temporarily and revert to the creator post-campaign.
Timely Execution Brands must dispatch campaign assets promptly. Nurdd won’t reschedule due to delays.
Community Rules All users must follow Nurdd's code of conduct and platform policies.
Privacy Policy Adherence By using Nurdd, Brands accept its data practices as per the Privacy Policy.
Joint Liability Both Brands and creators shall hold Nurdd harmless from third-party claims or disputes.
Warranty Disclaimer Platform usage is at your own risk. Nurdd makes no operational guarantees.
Payment Policies All Brand payments must adhere to payment gateway terms (e.g., Razorpay).
