This Cancellation Policy applies to all active subscriptions and paid engagements with Nurdd Solutions Private Limited. It outlines your rights and obligations when choosing to cancel access to the Nurdd platform.

02Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your Nurdd subscription at any time via account settings or by emailing support@nurdd.club with the subject line "Cancel Subscription".

▸You may cancel your Nurdd subscription at any time.
▸Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
▸You will retain full access to all paid features until that date.
▸Cancelling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
03Annual Plans

If you are on an annual subscription plan, the following terms apply.

▸You may cancel at any time; however, you will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining months.
▸Access continues until the end of the 12-month period from your billing date.
▸Annual plans cancelled within 48 hours of initial purchase and with no feature usage may be considered for a full refund at our discretion.
04Managed Service Engagements

For custom retainer-based engagements including AEO/GEO audits, creator strategy, or managed attribution setups, the following cancellation terms apply.

▸A minimum notice period of 15 days is required to cancel an active retainer.
▸Work delivered or in progress at the time of cancellation notice will be billed in full for that milestone.
▸Advance payments for undelivered milestones will be refunded within 10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
05What Happens to Your Data After Cancellation

Upon cancellation, your account will transition to an inactive state at the end of the billing period. Your data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation, during which you may request a data export by writing to support@nurdd.club. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may reactivate your account at any time within the 30-day data retention window by subscribing to a new plan.

▸After 30 days, reactivation will begin with a clean account.
07Nurdd-Initiated Cancellations

Nurdd reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts in the following cases.

▸Violation of our Terms of Service.
▸Fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
▸Non-payment of dues beyond a 14-day grace period.

In the event of a Nurdd-initiated cancellation for reasons other than policy violations, a prorated refund for the unused subscription period will be processed automatically.

08How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through any of the following methods.

▸By emailing support@nurdd.club with the subject "Cancel Subscription"
▸By reaching out to your account manager if you are on an enterprise or managed plan

Cancellation confirmations will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours.
