Deleting your Nurdd account is permanent. This page explains what happens when you delete your account, what data we retain, and how to request deletion.
When you request account deletion, we will:
Permanently. Irreversibly. Identifiable information used for authentication (email/phone number) will be removed from our active systems.
Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal, financial, or operational reasons:
To permanently delete your account, contact us at support@nurdd.club with the subject "Delete my Nurdd account" and include your registered email or phone number and a brief statement: "Please delete my Nurdd account and associated personal data."
To protect your identity, we may send a confirmation link or code to your registered email or mobile number. Once verified, deletion is queued. You will receive an email confirming that deletion has started. Typical processing time is up to 30 days. We'll notify you when deletion is complete.

Instead of full deletion, you can deactivate your account temporarily to pause all features. To request export, go to Settings, Privacy, Export my data or email support. Deletion is permanent and we cannot recover deleted content.
If you change your mind within 48 hours of initiating deletion, contact support@nurdd.club with "cancel deletion" and your account details. We will attempt to stop the process if it hasn't been completed.
