Nurdd provides marketing intelligence tools and does not endorse, represent, or guarantee any particular influencer, creator, brand, or campaign outcome. All recommendations and data are informational only.
Influencers and creators on the platform operate independently. Nurdd is not a party to any agreements, engagements, or disputes between brands and creators. Nurdd does not employ or represent any creator listed on the platform.
All platform features, UI, algorithms, and proprietary data belong to Nurdd Digital LLP. Unauthorised reproduction, scraping, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited. If you discover a vulnerability, report it responsibly to support@nurdd.club.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are not guaranteed for partial billing periods. Nurdd reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@nurdd.club for refund inquiries.
Nurdd facilitates discovery and communication but does not mediate, arbitrate, or guarantee the outcome of brand-creator relationships. All collab disputes must be resolved directly between the parties.
Brands are responsible for dispatching products to creators on agreed timelines. All advertising content created through campaigns on Nurdd must comply with applicable ASCI guidelines and platform-specific advertising policies.
Nurdd may integrate with third-party services for analytics, authentication, and payments. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service.
Nurdd complies with applicable data protection laws. User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Nurdd is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login information.
Content submitted to Nurdd (briefs, campaign data, uploads) remains your property. You grant Nurdd a limited licence to process and display it for platform functionality. Nurdd does not claim ownership of your content.
Nurdd is provided "as-is" without warranties regarding performance, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. We are not liable for revenue loss, campaign failure, or decisions made based on platform data.
Nurdd is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure outages, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

Nurdd reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Brands using Nurdd for campaign management must:
All campaign data, creator contact details, and platform analytics are confidential and must not be shared externally without prior written consent from Nurdd.
Invoices are issued at campaign completion. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Campaign content submitted for approval must be original, accurate, and compliant with the brief. Brands retain final approval rights for all published content.
Both brands and creators are expected to meet campaign deadlines. Delays caused by either party may result in rescheduling fees or campaign cancellation.
All users must engage respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, or misrepresentation will result in account suspension.
By using Nurdd, all parties agree to abide by our Privacy Policy in full.
In cases of joint campaigns, both brand and creator share responsibility for ensuring content meets legal and platform standards.
Nurdd does not guarantee specific campaign results, follower growth, or sales outcomes from creator collaborations.
Payments must comply with agreed terms. Nurdd is not responsible for disputes over payment amounts agreed between brands and creators outside the platform.
