Nurdd (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our platform, including nurdd.club, the Nia mobile app, Noma, and Pulse dashboards.

09Google API User Data — Pulse

Pulse, a product of Nurdd Solutions Private Limited, integrates with the Google Ads API to help authorised users view, analyse, and manage their own Google Ads accounts.

Data Accessed
▸Google Ads account details, campaign structures, ad groups, ads, and keywords
▸Performance metrics including impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and ROAS
▸Billing and budget information associated with the connected Google Ads account
▸Audience, targeting, and creative asset data within the connected account
How We Use Google Data
▸Display performance insights and analytics dashboards within Pulse
▸Enable authorised users to create, edit, pause, or optimise campaigns directly from Pulse
▸Generate AI-assisted recommendations based on account performance data
▸No Google Ads data is used for any purpose unrelated to providing the Pulse service to the authenticated user
Storage & Sharing
▸Google Ads data is processed in real time and may be temporarily cached solely to deliver the Pulse dashboard experience
▸Cached data is deleted when a session ends or the user disconnects their Google Ads account
▸Google Ads data is never sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or profiling purposes
▸Access is strictly limited to the authenticated account owner and authorised Nurdd personnel for support purposes only

Nurdd's use of data obtained via Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalised AI or ML models.

10Meta Ads Data — Pulse

Pulse also integrates with the Meta Ads API (Facebook & Instagram) to help authorised users view, analyse, and manage their own Meta ad accounts.

Data Accessed
▸Meta ad account details, campaign structures, ad sets, ads, and creatives
▸Performance metrics including reach, impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and ROAS
▸Audience, targeting, and placement data within the connected Meta ad account
▸Page and Instagram account details linked to the connected ad account
How We Use Meta Ads Data
▸Display performance insights and analytics dashboards within Pulse
▸Enable authorised users to create, edit, pause, or optimise Meta campaigns directly from Pulse
▸Generate AI-assisted recommendations based on Meta account performance data
▸Meta Ads data is never used for any purpose unrelated to providing the Pulse service to the authenticated user
Storage & Sharing
▸Meta Ads data is processed in real time and may be temporarily cached solely to deliver the Pulse dashboard experience
▸Cached data is deleted when a session ends or the user disconnects their Meta ad account
▸Meta Ads data is never sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or profiling purposes
▸Access is strictly limited to the authenticated account owner and authorised Nurdd personnel for support purposes only

Nurdd's use of Meta Ads data complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Data obtained via Meta APIs is used solely to operate Pulse on behalf of the authenticated user and is not used to train AI or ML models.

11Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
